Child Safety

Zero tolerance. No exceptions. No ambiguity.

Effective May 2026

I

Our Position

SYLK has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This is absolute, unconditional, and non-negotiable. There are no exceptions.

II

Age Requirement

SYLK is strictly for adults 18 and older. Membership is manually reviewed. Minors are never permitted on the platform under any circumstances.

III

Prohibited Content

The following result in immediate permanent removal and referral to law enforcement:

  • Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor.
  • Any attempt to use SYLK to contact, groom, or solicit a minor.
  • The sharing or possession of child sexual abuse material in any form.
  • Any conduct arising from use of SYLK that constitutes exploitation of a minor.
IV

Enforcement

All credible reports are reviewed immediately. Confirmed violations are reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. We cooperate fully with any lawful investigation involving the safety of a minor.

V

Report a Concern

Contact our safety team at founder@sylkus.com. Safety reports are addressed within 12 hours, 7 days a week.

You may also report directly to NCMEC via the CyberTipline, or contact local law enforcement if a child is in immediate danger.

VI

Our Commitment

The safety of children is not a compliance requirement. It is a responsibility built into the design of this platform — who is granted access, how reports are handled, and what happens next. SYLK will never be a place where a child is unsafe.
